Sep 7 Rehearsal Dinner: Gifts, instructions

Sep 7 Friday, florist: (1) Box or basket for gifts? (2) Actually 7 cocktail tables outside. (3) Bring him candles, afterall. (4) No outside runner, changed mind again. (5) Ribbons

Sep 7 Thursday night/Friday morning: Pack for honeymoon

Aug 25 Thursday: Ketubah – pick up

Aug 25 Thursday 8/25: Hair cut Parlor, ~~Wednesday 8/17, 5:15 PM~~ ~~Friday 8/19 5:45 PM~~ 4:45PM

Aug 25 Thursday: Blue ribbon, for bouquets. (Will be ready Thursday 8/25)

Aug 25 Thursday: Get necklace & ring polished.

Aug 25 Wednesday or Thursday: Bring SanDisk with pictures to photo place

Aug 24 Wednesday: Re-scan Alex baby picture, his parents wedding picture

Aug 24 Email/Call Ketubah signers, witnesses, civil witnesses with when and where

Aug 24 Wednesday: Pick up favors, open until 8 PM

Aug 24 Get white sandals polished. (Pick up Monday 8/22)

Aug 24 Gifts for 2? hotel guests

Aug 24 Basket for bathroom (Sewing kit, bandaids)

Aug 24 Send email to friends with a schedule of sorts

Aug 24 Meet with Rabbi again

Aug 22 Manor: Do they provide challah? (Yes.) Do they know which back-up room will be available for us? (Speak to Jim when he gets back on 22nd.) Are the flowers on the arches permanent? (Yes.) Microphone? (They provide.) Do they provide a person to hand out programs? (No.) Or a table? (Not sure.) How many tables are at the cocktail hour? (Eight.) Outside ones, how many? Insurance certificates – necc. if vendor has worked there before? Centerpieces – truly can’t arrive before 1.5 hours? Even if we are the first event of the day?
